At IPS-K, we believe that effective public services are the foundation of sustainable development. We work closely with governments, public institutions, and stakeholders to ensure public service systems are efficient, transparent, and citizen-oriented. Our work aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the African Union Agenda 2063, contributing to a prosperous, inclusive, and sustainable Africa.
Our Main Objective
To promote and implement best public service laws and practices across Africa and beyond, creating a responsive, accountable, and well-governed public service sector that aligns with the SDGs and AU Agenda 2063.
Our Impact
Since our establishment, IPS-K has significantly contributed to public service reforms across Africa by: Strengthening public service laws and policies (SDG 16). Enhancing transparency and accountability in governance (AU Agenda 2063 Aspiration 3). Building the capacity of public officers through training programs (SDG 4). Promoting ethical practices and anti-corruption measures (SDG 16.5). Facilitating collaboration among governments and stakeholders for better service delivery (SDG 17).
Our Approach
