Established in 2012, the Institute for Public Services-Kenya (IPS-K) is a leading organization dedicated to promoting and initiating best public service laws and practices, with a focus on Africa and beyond. Our mission is to drive excellence, innovation, and good governance in public service delivery through advocacy, research, training, and policy development. At IPS-K, we believe that effective public services are the foundation of sustainable development. We work closely with governments, public institutions, and stakeholders to ensure public service systems are efficient, transparent, and citizen-oriented.
