The Institute for Public Services - Kenya (IPS-K)
Established in 2012, the Institute for Public Services-Kenya (IPS-K) is a leading organization dedicated to promoting and initiating best public service laws and practices, with a focus on Africa and beyond. Our mission is to drive excellence, innovation, and good governance in public service delivery through advocacy, research, training, and policy development.
At IPS-K, we believe that effective public services are the foundation of sustainable development. We work closely with governments, public institutions, and stakeholders to ensure public service systems are efficient, transparent, and citizen-oriented.
Our Main Objective
To promote and implement best public service laws and practices across Africa and beyond, creating a responsive, accountable, and well-governed public service sector.

Providing training and certification programs for public officers. We focus on our diverse cultures, professional ethics, emerging trends keeping in mind coperate standards to deliver new skills and onhand capabilities.

Conducting cutting-edge research to inform policy and practice. We adopt technical, professional and experienced personell to achive ultimate accuracy in our desired field
Advocacy & Collaboration:
Partnering with governments, organizations, and stakeholders to drive change. Carefully selected institutions; Private and public share insights for the best Outcome as far as Public Service is concerned.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Assessing and improving public service systems and processes. This involves technical and oeprational processes that determines success and ultimate goals achivements.
